Юридическое уведомление и редакционная политика
Этот сайт излагает факты из первичных документов. Юридические интерпретации отражают позицию редакции Lithuania Legal Watch.
Nature of this publication
Lithuania Legal Watch is an independent editorial project. It publishes facts taken from primary documents — court rulings, prosecutor’s orders, official correspondence — together with legal analyses by named authors. We do not publish anonymous accusations.
Opinion vs. fact
Statements that a particular conduct constitutes a “violation” of EU law, ECHR or Lithuanian constitutional law are clearly framed as the editorial position of Lithuania Legal Watch. They are reasoned legal opinions, supported by citations, and are protected expression. They are not findings of a competent court.
Right of reply
Any person or institution named on this site is entitled to a right of reply. We will publish corrections of factual errors promptly and conspicuously, and on request a statement of position by any named official or judge — alongside, not in place of, our reporting.
No legal advice
Nothing on this site constitutes legal advice. Visitors who are themselves affected by similar issues should consult qualified counsel in their own jurisdiction.
Source documents
Where possible, documents underlying our reporting are published in the Documents section. Where confidentiality, protection of witnesses, or third-party privacy require redaction, we redact narrowly and disclose the fact of redaction.
Updates
This site is a living record. Pages may be updated as new documents enter the public file or as the legal procedure progresses. Material updates are dated.
